Linda Ecker Gemstone Creations accepts most credit cards. Just follow the steps in the payment process. Your card will be charged for the amount of the purchase. Sales Tax will be added to any purchase where it applies. Shipping is free.

Currently we ship anywhere within the United States only. 


All jewelry is presented to you on a hand-stamped and painted card crafted by Linda Ecker. The attached information tag, also crafted by Linda, describes what gems are in the piece and whether sterling silver, gold vermeil over sterling, or gold-filled sterling silver clasps and wire is used.

Shipping, Handling and Insurance

Standard shipping, handling, and insurance are free. All orders are insured by and mailed through the United States Post Office.

Orders will be shipped promptly after payment is received. Items will be mailed and insured through the U.S. Post Office. Given current circumstances, your new jewels should be received within 4 to 5 business days from date mailed. .


We will gladly accept the return of merchandise in its original pristine condition within 15 days of the purchase for a full refund of the price of the jewels. Sorry, we do not pay for return shipping charges.

All returns must be PRE-APPROVED! If you decide to return something you have purchased from us within the 15 day period, you must first notify us by email before you ship them. As our merchandise is one of a kind, we do not accept exchanges.

At Linda Ecker Gemstone Creations we are happy to work with you on an individual basis, please feel free to contact us with any and all questions. We are passionate about quality and craftsmanship and it is our utmost concern. If you should experience the need for repair on any piece of our jewelry within 90 days of receipt of purchase, please contact us right away through email. Include your name, address, brief description of the item and what the repair issue is. Repairs after 90 days will incur a repair charge at the customer's expense. All will be discussed with the customer prior to any repairs and charges.

We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations.
